During the holidays Year 11 PIA spent a couple of days Tailing at Bruce MacDonald's farm at Arundel.
Valuable stock handling skills were learnt as students drafted, tailed, vaccinated, scratched(for scabby mouth) picked up and held the lambs for tailing, and caught the odd escapee. Well done to the class for giving up time in the holidays. Bruce was very impressed with the calibre of the students, their hard work and their willingness to learn –it’s not as easy as it looks!
