Year 11-13 Course Counselling for the beginning of 2018

GHS Deans will be available for interviews with returning senior students who are having problems with their timetable or are looking to revise their subject choices. The Deans will be available at the following times (no appointments necessary):

• Monday 29th & Tuesday 30th January: 1pm-4pm

• Wednesday 31st January & Thursday 1st February: 1pm- 3pm

Students should please bring their:

• Timetable

• Course booklet

On arrival at school they should:

• Sign in (at the Library)

• Find their course approval/selection form

Please Note:

Each interview will be a maximum of 15 minutes, but could be shorter depending on the student’s requirements. Other interviews may lead to additional visits as HoDs and TiCs will need to sign off  students if they haven’t gained automatic course entry based on the prerequisites listed in the course booklet, mock exams or NCEA results.
