Reporting Student Absences

New procedure

As from Monday 12th November, parents and caregivers of any students who are absent from school without reason (either in the morning or at individual class times) will receive a text or email notifying them of this absence. Parents/caregivers can then "reply" to this message, with an explanation as to why the student is away at that time. This information goes directly to the Kamar portal, and there is no need to telephone the school office. However, we would appreciate if you could still continue to call into the absence line in the morning that your child is absent.

If there are any concerns in regards to a student, this also can be entered into your reply, and you will be contacted in due course or call Anne Rawson on 693 0017 Extn 7229.
