EAPNOW Secure Mobile App

• The services associated with our EAP Provider (EAP Services Ltd) include free access to the ‘EAP NOW’ App (see attached PDF of current features)

• You do not need to be attending counselling sessions to utilise the app and it is only available to organisations with a current EAP membership

• The app is completely confidential, we encourage using your personal email to register (if you are wanting to book a session via the 0800 number or online via the EAP website, please make sure the same email address used is what you used for the mobile app so your appointment confirmations will come through all in one place) and installing the app on your personal phone

• The mobile app is a fantastic proactive tool to self-monitor wellbeing towards better overall health and contains our e-Flyers, resources and a Check-up tool

To download the EAP NOW App, please use either of the links below (or search EAPNOW in either of the app stores);

After the successful download of the EAP NOW App, you will FIRST be required to REGISTER. 

Tap on Register here (bottom middle of the app home screen as below) and a Registration screen will open;                                              

1/2 Initial opening screen – Click “Register Here”                     2/2 Registration page opens

• The App then requires you to enter an Organisation Code (only required once at registration).

• You will also receive an email to verify your email address as part of the registration

• Geraldine High School’s Organisation Code: GHS16757 (case sensitive).
