Geraldine Festival

Dear Artists and Creatives,

Submissions are now open for the Harcourts 2025 Fine Arts Exhibition, part of Geraldine’s well-loved Arts and Plants Festival, taking place from 13 to 16 November 2025.

This year’s theme is:
The Five Elements – Earth, Wind, Fire, Water, and Metal

Artists are invited to explore and interpret these elemental forces in any way that inspires them. Whether through symbolism, materiality, emotion, or landscape, all responses are welcome. Let your creativity speak through the elements.

Entries close Wednesday, 16 October 2025.

Artists from across Aotearoa New Zealand are warmly encouraged to submit works in any medium – including painting, sculpture, textiles, photography, ceramics, mixed media, ceramic , glass and metalwork.

Key Details:

• Theme: The Five Elements – Earth, Wind, Fire, Water, and Metal

• Exhibition Dates: 13–16 November 2025

• Venue: Stonebridge, Geraldine    

• Entry Limit: Up to 3 works per artist

• How to Submit: Please fill out the entry form attached and submithigh-resolution images of your work with title, medium, dimensions, and your contact details to art@geraldinefestival.co.nz 

• Submission Deadline: Wednesday, 16 October 2025

Selected artworks will be professionally exhibited at Stonebridge during the festival, and exhibiting artists will be invited to a special opening event open Thursday 13th November 2025 at 7:00pm
