Sports, Arts & Cultural Blues Nominations

Kia ora all,

Please find below the information regarding this year's Sporting and Cultural Blues nomination process. These awards will be presented at the Cultural, Arts and Sports Awards Evening on the 30th of October. 

All nominations for these awards need to be completed on the form below before 9am on the 15th of September. If you wish to nominate more than one student please complete a new form for each student. Please read the criteria at the start of the nomination form to make sure that the person you are wanting to nominate meets the requirements.

Student Volunteers

As part of the Arts, Cultural and Sports Prizegiving, we are wanting to acknowledge students who have volunteered their time to make events within these realms happen. This acknowledgement is not limited to certain age groups but is to recognise those that have made a commitment over a prolonged period of time throughout the year (not a one off day). If you would like to put someone forward, please check out the criteria on the form before completing it.
