There is no river crossing option at the traffic bridge. All students go across the bridge.
Males and females will begin together in their respective age groups.
Optional colour run at the end. You can finish the race then return to do the colour run. (It is not a shortcut)
Clothing and Equipment - You will need suitable footwear and socks. No rugby balls or similar sports equipment, no earplugs with music.
The Colour Run - The colour run will be an optional route near the end of the cross country race.
It will begin with a slip n slide onto the football field and finish with a jump over or crawl under an obstacle. Throughout the length of the colour run, students will be lined up along the sides, throwing all different colours at the runners. The colour is likely to stain clothes and the slip n slide will make runners wet, so wear old clothes.
