Yoga with 8Mb

We started our class with Mrs Hudson explaining what to do, we then got sorted into pairs and grabbed foam mats. We placed them all in a circle and scrambled towards Mrs to receive our first challenge. The poses started easy with headstands while your partner held your feet, but as we moved on, they got harder to the point where we had each other on our backs and shoulders. Our class fought over Mrs Hudson's attention to show her what we had so far. We then merged groups into threes, and for each amount in the group, the poses got trickier and trickier. We finished in groups of 4–6 with the hardest poses Mrs Hudson had. Our final challenge was to make up our very own yoga stance; everyone included some form of balance, and especially teamwork. Everyone in the class was red-faced and tired with aching backs, but overall proud of themselves. By the end of the period, we had learned an amazing sense of teamwork and how to keep everyone involved, as well as working on our balance. We were challenged by using our creativity, strength and bending our bodies to the limit.
