Stranded

Recently Year Seven students have been writing diaries from the perspective of someone stranded on a deserted island for seven days. Each day we wrote about had a criteria we needed to fill in, whether it was finding berries or there was a storm that day. While we were writing we learnt how to use past tense and how to use strong nouns. 7Bn decided we wanted to turn the stories we had written into real diaries. We designed covers and rubbed tea and coffee on the paper to give it an old look. - Caitlin B
