Parent/Teacher interviews and information day on the 2nd of April 2025

We would like to invite you to our Parent/Teacher interviews which will take place on Thursday the 2nd of April. Normal classes will run until 1:10pm where students will be released to go home at the start of lunch. It is expected, where possible, that students accompany parents/caregivers to the interviews. These will be held around the school in different departments and classrooms. A map will be provided for you on the day.

The following times are when the interviews can be booked:

• 2.00pm - 3.20pm

• 3.40pm - 5.40pm

• 6.20pm - 7:30pm

These interviews are a good opportunity for you to connect with subject teachers and Whanau teachers to discuss the progress of your child so far this year.

Parent/Teacher interviews will be 5 minutes long, including bookings for Year 7 and 8 Homeroom teachers. This is a change from previous years so please don’t book a 10 minute slot unless absolutely necessary. It is a good idea to allow 5 - 10 minutes in between interviews to move to a different location.

If you have any problems, please contact the School Office and we will assist you in making your bookings. Bookings will close on Tuesday the 1st of April.

On this day we will also be running an ‘Introduction to NCEA’ presentation in the Library to help parents/caregivers understand more about Level 1, 2 and 3 qualifications. We would love to see you dropping into this presentation, learning more about our school and asking us questions. The presentation will be at 5:40.
