School Payments

You'll have noticed that we have been using Kamar for our end of year activity payments rather than Kindo. This is because we have been trialling the new and improved Kamar portal payment system to see if it works for us. Thank you all for your patience during this process.

All families have access to the parent portal. This is where you can check the school notices, make sure your child's attendance is correct, access your child's school reports and see what charges you have owing. You can pay via card online within the portal which is a new feature we are excited about. We believe that using the financial area of the Kamar portal will be more streamlined than also running Kindo. We will be moving to Kamar for our student payments from 2025.

FAQs

I have a credit balance on Kindo - what can I do about that?

• Give us a call or email if you have a charge you’d like to pay via your Kindo credit balance and we can sort that out for you.

• Call the helpdesk on 0508 4 KINDO and ask for your credit to be refunded.

I have an outstanding charge on Kindo and I want to pay it via Kamar parent portal.

• We can arrange that if you let us know.

Paying your Student accounts has never been easier, you can now view and pay via the Kamar Parent Portal.  Just sign in via the following link:

Once you are signed in, “Financial” from the list of options along the top of the page to access the charges page. From here, you can select and deselect various charges by ticking and unticking the charges you would like/would not like to pay.  You can also pay in full, or part charges, just by adjusting the amounts using the arrows to the right of each total. In addition to Portal payments you can also pay at the Student Office, by cash, card or via internet banking.

If you have any outstanding charges on Kindo we would appreciate it if you could get those payments in before the end of term. We will transfer any outstanding charges to Kamar if unpaid by the end of the year.
