Kia ora Year 13 (and 12),
It is time to start thinking about applying for the scholarships and nominating yourself for the major awards at Senior Prize Giving. On this form you will find all of the information you need to do this. Please keep in mind some scholarships are awaiting confirmation - apply for them as though they have been confirmed.
Applications for scholarships and the major awards need to be completed by Friday 13th of September at 3pm.
Here you will find all the Scholarships available this year (Financial Bursaries and Scholarships). You will also find the information for each specific scholarship, please read these carefully to ensure you are eligible to apply. You are welcome to apply for as many as you wish, as long as you meet the criteria, but you need to fill out a separate version of this form for each application.
I will be speaking to you as a Year 13 group about this shortly, but for those of you who are keen to start the process please do so now.
Please read through the available information and see me with any questions you have about this process.
Ngā mihi,
Ms Tulley
Criteria
To be eligible to apply for these bursaries students need to have met the following criteria throughout the current school year:

Completion of class work, assignments, internal assessments and exam preparation are all indicators of work ethic.
Sound attendance and behaviour records
Contribution to the wider life of the school e.g. responsibilities undertaken, participation on sports teams, cultural activities, leadership evidenced.
Financial need. Any tertiary course with significant course fees will be deemed eligible.
