2025 Wearable Arts - All Wrapped Up
2025 Wearable Arts - All Wrapped Up
At the end of term 2, our school hall turned into a festival of colour and designs with Wearable Arts 2025 hitting the stage with the theme of ‘Islands in the Stream’.
Our Geraldine community came out in force and were treated to the wonderful talents and imagination of our students, with some amazing designs conjured up for the two nights of creative fashion.
Categories of Hats and Bags, Recycling and Open were well supported by all year levels of the school.
While the audience appreciated all the talents of creativity, they also were in for a treat with our singing and dance performances from students and members of the Geraldine community.
It gave the whole evening a feel-good Geraldine community vibe.
Our ever-popular House competition again proved to be hotly contested, with a range of ages from each house helping with the designs and trying to win the first contested house trophy.
We were lucky enough to have two extremely talented professionals in the Wearable Art circle as our judges of Mrs. Robyn Valentine and Mrs. Anne Williams.
A huge thank you to our MC of Miss Jenna Cheesman, and all the students, staff and helpers from the community who all pulled together to make this a memorable event.
Congratulations to all students who entered and earned a place on the Friday night results.
